What I tested
Bash · HTML · Perl scripts
This is not a comprehensive benchmark. It is more of a "can it help me do what I like" test. I write bash commands, I build websites, and I write simple Perl utility scripts. That is the lane. It is not extensive by any means. I will follow up later when I dive in and try every model over time. This round was just an experiment to see where things landed.
Bash
Safe shell: uname -s into host.txt, stay in the workspace.
HTML
Resume page from fixture markdown. Harness plus vibe grade.
Perl scripts
Sysop collectors under a thin prompt. Full boards on the sysop page.
Most models passed the checklist at 100% on those two tasks, so that alone does not rank them. I also scored hygiene (how clean the tool use was), how many turns they took, and how long they took. Letter grades are only within local or within cloud. Vibe is separate: that is me judging how the HTML looks. The glossary spells out each of these.
