What each chunk does

Quality blocks keep the output from looking rough: worst aesthetic, worst quality, low quality, bad quality, lowres.

Anatomy blocks stop the body horror: bad anatomy, bad eyes, asymmetrical eyes, deformed eyes, ugly face, deformed face, bad hands, extra fingers, missing fingers, extra limbs, mutated, disfigured.

Character count blocks keep random people out: 2girls, multiple girls, 2boys.

Composition blocks keep the frame clean: cropped head, out of frame, watermark, signature, text, blurry, jpeg artifacts.

Style blocks avoid unwanted looks: monochrome, sketch, 3d render.

Add these for the job in front of you

Dark-skinned characters: add to the negative pale skin, fair skin, light skin.

Light-skinned characters: add dark skin, tan.

Realistic models: add anime, manga, cartoon.
